Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 9:00 am and we offer an array of hot and cold dishes, sourced from local producers and award winning specialists with an emphasis on sustainable foraging and farming and ethical production standards. Please see the current menu below.

GOOD MONDAYS BREAKFAST – SAMPLE MENU
All our ingredients are sourced from local producers and award winning specialists with an emphasis on sustainable foraging and farming, and ethical production standards. Our milk, butter and yoghurt are all from the Brinkworth Dairy where the cows graze on the lush pastures of the Dauntsey Vale. Likewise, the meat is from our neighbour who also owns Thomas of Malmesbury Butcher, recently shortlisted in the Great British Food Awards 2017.

San Augustin Colombia is cultivated in the Andean mountains. Flourishing under the shade of banana and rubber trees, the beans exude a wonderful caramel sweetness, tempered by a touch of orange acidity and a milky chocolate finish.
Monsoon Malabar is one of India’s finest coffees, exceptionally smooth with a sweet, spicy kick. Unique to the lush Malabar Coast, the Arabica beans are washed to a pale gold by the steamy storms of the monsoon season – the secret behind it’s distinctive taste.
Santos and Java is a blend of beans from the rolling plains of Brazil and the volcanic slopes of the Javan Ijen Plateau, to create a seductively dark, velveteen coffee with a powerful kick.
