We provide a good supply of essentials (including Nespresso capsules) which will be at your disposal.

The Sitting Room

The sitting room (refer to Bed “Wednesday”) is furnished with 2 comfortable 3-seater sofas dressed with Volga linen scatter cushions, and a coffee table offering a selection of board games, glossy magazines and hardback books. There is also a 40” smart TV and a large desk.

Outside Area and Parking

Outside, there is a small grassed area front and back, a large teak table and chairs furnished with nickel lanterns, and a barbecue at your disposal (please bring your own charcoal). To the exterior of the Cowsheds, we are growing a small orchard and you may well see our chickens roaming free, along with the children’s pony and sheep in the paddocks beyond.

The Cowsheds have their own separate courtyard and a 10-car parking area, as well as their own separate entrance from the road. Please enquire if you need any additional parking.

Guest / Disabled access

The Cowsheds are all on one level, except a step up into the en-suite bathroom to Bedroom 3. There is a small step up into each bedroom from outside. Bathroom 2 also has several grab rails so is possibly best suited to any elderly or disabled members of the group. Please note that all of the bedrooms have outdoor access and Bedroom “Friday” has it’s own outdoor gravelled seating area. Please also note that Bedrooms “Monday”, “Tuesday” and “Wednesday” are integral, whereas Bedrooms Thursday and Friday are rather more self-contained, albeit just a few paces away from the communal areas.

Interaction with guests

Whilst our house is separate from the Cowsheds, it is just a stone’s throw away so we are very much available if needed.
